Project Coordinator for Renovations Division
Midway Services is seeking another administrator for our Project Managers who ideally has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the multi-family renovation or construction field. (This is an office administrative position, not a field project manager position).
This position requires a high energy individual that has exceptional computer skills, mathematical aptitude, proficiency in Excel, organization to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deals well with the stress of meeting deadlines and multi-tasking for this fast paced position.
- Experience in the following areas are preferred:
Preparing manpower schedules weekly for distribution to management
- Scheduling of crews on a spreadsheet to meet deadlines
- Pricing and ordering of equipment/supplies as requested by Project Manager
- Preparing submittal docs for each project and closing documents when completed
- Verifying time sheets Allocating costs to jobs and maintaining job budgets
Hourly rate based on experience – $15 minimum.
