Outbound Telephone Sales – Home Services Experience Preferred
Midway Services is seeking an experienced sales person to conduct follow up phone calls with customers on estimates given for kitchen and bath remodeling, HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. Must have experience in selling home repair or replacement products or services.
A 40 hour a week schedule will require the flexibility to work hours between 7:30 am and 7pm, Monday through Friday and half days on Saturdays.
As time permits or the schedule requires, you will also answer inbound calls to schedule appointments for our services.
Must have experience in selling home repair or replacement products or services.
Qualities/Experience required include:
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-up
- Computer skills to maintain accurate recordkeeping and data input.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant and clear speaking voice
- Must be able to multi-task and type accurately while on the phone with the customer
