CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Midway Services is seeking experienced call representatives to assist our customers with service appointments for remodeling, plumbing, electrical and air conditioning service and repair. Must have at least one year of experience in telephone sales or high volume inbound call center.
Must be flexible to be able to work between the hours of 7am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
RETAIL & RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE WILL NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR THIS POSITION!
In addition to taking inbound calls, this position also requires daily outbound calls to customers that received previous estimates but did not make a decision at the time to have repairs or installations completed. Some familiarity with home repairs and remodeling would be helpful.
Qualities/Experience we are looking for include:
Telephone sales experience would be helpful for follow-up calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant and clear speaking voice Must be able to multi-task and type accurately while on the phone with the customer.
Accurate data entry skills.
Computer experience for data entry of customer information
