Midway Services understands that when things need fixing or even just a maintenance check-up, families may not always feel the most comfortable about letting a stranger into their home. We want to assure you of the quality checks and procedures that Midway takes to ensure that you feel as safe and secure as possible when our service technician is coming to your house.
At Midway Services, we pride ourselves on having top of the line employees from the Tampa Bay area. Not only our techs are extremely skilled in what they do, but they are upstanding citizens and hard workers. Before an employee ever gets sent out on their first job, they are subject to a National Criminal Background Check and a Drug Screening. You can rest assured that our techs are vetted and have been cleared!
It’s also important to note that Midway takes identification and security to the next level – far beyond what other local companies do. All Midway Service technicians will show up in a Midway marked van as well as have their uniform on. Also, each employee has a picture badge to identify themselves as a true Midway worker. When it’s time for your appointment, the dispatcher will call you to let you know that the tech is on their way, so you will be expecting them. Furthermore, our office tracks exactly where each of our trucks is at any given moment through GPS. If there was ever a question as to where a service tech was, we could track them down in an instant.
